Pumpkin Chai Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
1/2 cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)3 pitted dates or 1 frozen banana
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon cardamom
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1/4 teaspoon cloves
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (more or less depending on how thick you want it)
Directions
- Put all ingredients into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
