Quinoa with Blueberries Walnuts & Bananas
Ingredients
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • ½ cup almond milk or milk of choice
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • ½ banana, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon walnuts, chopped
  • ½ tablespoon maple syrup
Instructions
  1. Heat a small saucepan to medium low and add quinoa, milk, cinnamon and salt. Cook for 5 or 6 minutes. Add blueberries and banana and cook for 1 more minute or until heated through. Top with walnuts and maple syrup and serve.
